Jasmin Harris received her B.A. in Communication from The University of Maryland and she is a Business, Society and Economy College Park Scholar. During her time at the university, she served as Assistant Program Manager with the University of Maryland Conferences & Visitor Services, responsible for assisting with all phases of conference planning. She also completed an internship in Human Resources for Siemens Financial Services, where she executed both new hire orientations and annual performance review discussions. In her most current occupation, Jasmin works as an Executive Assistant for the White House Office of Administration.
Jasmin is extremely grateful for all of the guidance and support that she has received from the Simuel Whitfield Simmons Organization. She acknowledges both its powerful impact and genuine interest in helping individuals become the best version of themselves possible. Personally, Simuel Whitfield Simmons assisted Jasmin with the college preparation process, provided her hands on opportunities that supported her dream of becoming an event planner and afforded her the chance to participate in two fundraiser fashion shows. In addition, the organization has instilled in her essential life skills that she will keep with her in the years to come.
